Supervisor | Welding

As Supervisor at Bilfinger Thermeq, you'll be in charge of a team of skilled engineers and welders working on challenging projects in renewable energy. You'll lead projects ranging from maintenance and repair work on boiler installations and pipelines to implementing new, innovative energy solutions.

• Create a safe and efficient work environment, ensuring planning, execution, and final inspection of projects
• Be responsible for technical oversight, from controlling work orders and specifications to solving complex mechanical issues
• Lead and work with your team, share your knowledge and experience, and encourage them to grow and excel in their work
