As a Voorman, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and craftsmen, working on projects related to sustainable energy, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of these projects. You will be the heart of our projects, using your technical knowledge and leadership skills to contribute to our mission of shaping the future of energy.

Requirements

• MBO4 level technical background
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and work on projects
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team
• Ability to think critically and solve complex technical problems
