Commercial Manager provides commercial and contractual expertise to support the delivery of projects and ensure effective management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Master's degree in business administration, Finance, or a relevant field (plus)
- Experience in contracts and commercial management within the construction industry
- Sound knowledge of industry-standard contract forms and relevant legislation and regulations
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in risk management and financial management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and manage workloads to meet deadlines
- Experience with project management and delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software applications
