Requirements
- 5-9 years of proven success in research or consulting experience
- Critical thinker with ability to grasp key principles & identify root causes
- Analytical and structured
- Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation
- Good crypto knowledge
- Driven, self-starter with ability to evaluate risks and rewards of different decisions
