Senior Product Manager, Compliance

Binance is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Compliance to join their Central Product Team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech, fintech, finance, or blockchain industry, and a strong background in Compliance processes. They will work collaboratively to design and develop a platform that provides world-class Compliance tools and services.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferrably in the tech, fintech, finance or blockchain industry
• Strong background or hands-on experience with Compliance processes such as AML, Transaction Monitoring etc.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced dynamic environments
• Expertise in product lifecycle management, preferably within an agile framework
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize objectively
• Logical thinker with a talent for identifying and articulating rationale, assumptions, and risks
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and results-driven environment
