Quality Engineer

Role Overview

Join Bio-Techne as a Quality Engineer to support Quality Engineering requirements, serve as a subject matter expert, and liaison between company and customers. Responsible for resolving quality and manufacturing issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Analyze and implement manufacturing, production, and process improvements, perform risk assessment, and facilitate change control plan writing and execution. Implement and validate a new electronic Quality Management System.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to prioritize multiple competing tasks. Experience with auditing, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Quality, Biology, Chemistry or similar
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Quality professional in a manufacturing environment
• Diagnostics, pharmaceutical or Biological products manufacturing environment is preferred
• Proficient in understanding and application of ISO13485
• Auditing, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience a plus
