Job Description
BioNTech is seeking an Associate Director, Global Regulatory Affairs - Ad / Promo to review and approve US promotional materials and medical communications for assigned brand(s). The role requires expertise in FDA Advertising & Promotion matters, strong collaboration with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Global Regulatory Affairs teams.
Requirements
- BS in scientific discipline
- Minimum 8 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Minimum 5 years in regulatory affairs
- Experience in Oncology is a plus
- Expert knowledge of advertising promotion regulations and FDA Guidance documents
- Technical experience in aspects of drug development and labeling
