UK Senior Director Market Access

As the UK Senior Market Access Director, you will lead the establishment and execution of market access strategies for BioNTech's oncology portfolio in the UK, collaborating with global and local teams to navigate the NHS ecosystem and ensure innovations reach patients while their value is recognized and realized.

Requirements

• Lead, plan, and execute market access and pricing strategies for BioNTech's oncology portfolio in the UK, including NICE and SMC appraisals
• Build and develop the UK market access team
• Develop integrated market access plans tailored to UK-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with global strategies
• Drive innovative solutions to overcome pricing and reimbursement barriers
• Provide strategic input at senior leadership discussions and contribute to the overall business strategy for the UK affiliate
• Engage with key stakeholders such as policymakers, budget-holders, health authorities (e.g., NHSE, DHSC, NICE), and industry associations
