Join a company leading the way in AI and automation consulting. As a Delivery Manager, you'll lead end-to-end delivery efforts, ensure customer satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Own end-to-end project delivery for 1–3 concurrent projects
- Conduct hands-on requirements gathering activities
- Map existing business processes and recommend process improvements
- Build and maintain weekly status reports and RAID logs
- Ensure adherence to quality gates and successful cutovers/hypercare
- Align business and technical stakeholders and drive decision logs
- Identify expansion opportunities and build long-term partnerships
- Drive technology adoption and client self-sufficiency
- Manage scope and pursue change orders
- Support pre-sales and contribute to proposals/SOWs
- Act as a client-facing liaison to support solution adoption
