AI Product Manager

Role Overview

Lead the product strategy and delivery of AI-powered internal tools and capabilities, translating business needs into clear AI product roadmaps and driving cross-functional delivery.

What You Will Do

Own the product roadmap, translate operational pain points into product specifications, lead discovery and requirements gathering, drive delivery across cross-functional AI product squads, and define and track KPIs for deployed AI capabilities.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal candidate has 5–8 years of product management experience, with at least 2–3 years working directly on AI or ML-powered products, and strong instincts for how to scope, prioritize, and communicate in environments where the product is still being defined.

Requirements

• US Citizen or Permanent Resident authorized to work in the United States
• 5–8 years in product management with a minimum of 2–3 years leading AI or ML-related product work
• Sufficient technical understanding to partner effectively with ML engineers and data scientists
• Demonstrated track record of taking AI or data products from concept through launch and adoption in an enterprise context
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience aligning diverse stakeholders around a product strategy, navigating competing priorities, and driving decisions with incomplete information
