BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Produce Lead to oversee produce operations, ensure adherence to company policies, and maintain product quality and freshness. The role focuses on operational excellence and ensuring compliance with food safety, merchandising, and replenishment standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in produce operations, grocery retail, or food handling
• Strong knowledge of produce handling, quality standards, and food safety guidelines
• Ability to analyze data and identify process improvements to optimize efficiency
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email)
