Associate Lawyer, Litigation

Manage and support commercial litigation matters, draft pleadings and strategic litigation documents, participate in examinations and hearings, work closely with partners and take on second-chair responsibilities.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the Québec Bar
• 4 to 8 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Strong drafting abilities, legal analysis skills, and litigation strategy capabilities
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with increasing autonomy based on experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with different internal teams
• Bilingual (French and English)
