Network Engineer, Principal

Role Overview

The Network Engineer will be responsible for deploying, supporting, development and optimization of cloud-based network infrastructure. Candidate should possess a strong understanding of network principles, practical application of the principles, cloud services and security, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with other cross functional teams.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement cloud network architectures, use automation to implement updates and modifications, optimize network performance, monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues, implement security measures and network access controls, and provide technical support and guidance for cloud networking-related issues.

12+ years proven experience in network engineering with a focus on cloud networking solutions, knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, experience with infrastructure as code tools, scripting and automation, and familiarity with cloud security principles and practices.

Requirements

• 12+ years proven experience in network engineering with a focus on cloud networking solutions (Azure & AWS)
• Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
• Knowledgeable in scripting and automation (Python, Ansible, etc)
• Familiarity with cloud security principles and practices
