Senior Full-Stack Developer

Role Overview

As a key member of our development team, you will lead the design and development of innovative web and mobile applications, focusing primarily on backend development in Python, while contributing to frontend tasks using React and React Native.

Lead the design and development of innovative web and mobile applications, architect scalable and reusable backend systems, build robust APIs, collaborate cross-functionally, optimize application performance, and conduct code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software development
• Strong backend expertise in Python
• Solid grasp of frontend technologies
• Proficiency with Python, Django/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
• Experience with React, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and knowledge of mobile CI/CD and performance best practices
• Comfort with AI tools to support dev productivity and automation
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex issues and delivering high-quality results
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Focused on user experience and able to turn business needs into scalable tech solutions
