Job Description
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be the operational engine behind high-value, multimillion-dollar aircraft transactions. You'll support our Aircraft Sales team from first inquiry through delivery, ensuring every detail, interaction, and milestone is executed with precision and professionalism.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, administrative support, or executive assistance
- Experience supporting sales teams or working in a high-end, client-facing environment
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or professionalism
