Job Description
The Global Partners Office (GPO) is a newly formed client business group responsible for helping BlackRock deliver differentiated capital and strategic advice to sophisticated clients. As a Vice President, Global Partners Office, you will play a central role in deepening BlackRock's firmwide partnership with clients, including global banks and leading asset owners. You will work on a small, globally-oriented team with extensive day-to-day contact with senior business leaders and stakeholders across BlackRock.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience across capital markets, investments, corporate development, advisory or associated fields
- Advanced knowledge and/or experience working with insurance, banking or institutional investors
- Problem solver with an advisory mindset
- Commitment to excellence and high level of energy
- Analytical ability to synthesize information and summarize issues with robust quantitative skills
- Superb attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task
- Effective team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and understand all aspects of the business
