As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our internal Salesforce instance, ensuring our team has the tools, data, and automations they need to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.
Requirements
- Own and optimize our Salesforce environment, serving as the primary point of contact for all platform-related needs
- Manage user access, security settings, and permissions while maintaining data integrity across the organization
- Build and refine automations using Flow to streamline business processes
- Create custom reports and dashboards that drive decision-making across teams
- Handle ongoing system maintenance, including sandbox management and release updates, and proactively identify and manage areas of technical debt
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, along with outside agencies and contractors, to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Document processes and configurations to ensure institutional knowledge is preserved as we grow
