Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Estate Team Leader to join our thriving Hospital & Health Care organization. The role involves managing healthcare estate, facility management, compliance, and health & safety regulations, leading a diverse team to optimize operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Served a recognised and registered trade apprenticeship or equivalent NVQ
- HNC (Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) or equivalent
- Asbestos Awareness certification or willingness to undertake such training
- Team leader/Supervisor qualification
- Previous experience of CAFM software
- Previous supervisory skills in a similar environment
- Partake in an out of hours call out rota that provides emergency maintenance cover
- Good working knowledge of health & Safety
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound knowledge of construction and engineering techniques
- 4 years post apprenticeship experience in service/testing/maintaining complicated electrical/mechanical equipment
