Job Description
Permanent Handyman job for a leading property developer based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. Salary up to £30k pa, hours M-F 8am-4.30pm. Working at various properties in the Hertfordshire area.
Requirements
- General building repairs, installations and caretaker jobs
- Basic electrical works, such as replacing light switches and bulbs
- Plumbing jobs, including unblocking sinks and toilets, changing taps and showerheads
- Painting, decorating and carpentry works
- Remove any waste items in communal bins and perform other ad-hoc jobs where necessary
