Job Description
The Data Impact Coordinator interprets data to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the nonprofit's programs, ensuring accurate and consistent measurement of program outcomes to inform data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Statistics, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in program evaluation, data analysis, or outcomes measurement in a nonprofit or social sector setting.
- Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SPSS, R, or Tableau; experience with survey platforms like SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics.
