Recruiter

We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team at BlockchainSpace as a Crypto Recruiter. The role involves developing innovative strategies to find, engage, and hire top crypto talent. You'll partner with business leaders to hire key industry hires and work closely with the team to improve processes and identify new sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a technical industry or company
• Experience recruiting highly specialized talent (ideally with some crypto / blockchain or executive hiring focus)
• Strong sourcing skills with a proven track of turning passive candidates into hires
• Experience leveraging niche channels to source candidates
• Experience using the recruiting tools: ATS systems, LinkedIn, leveraging social media, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
