Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and customer focused professional to join our APAC Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Specialist, based in Japan. The role will initially focus on Equipment Return Support for Japan, Australia & New Zealand markets, with the opportunity to progressively expand into Vendor Management support.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Customer Service, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer centric mindset
• Solid analytical skills and experience using tools such as Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Professional fluency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
