Senior Manager - New Glenn SEIT

This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond.

Requirements

• Day-to-day management of team activities
• Develop and implement team strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration
• Identify and mitigate risks to team strategy and program integration
• Guide the creation of process documentation, workflows, and tailoring of standards
• Mentor and develop team members
