Software Engineer (ML Infra)

Blue Rose Research develops cutting-edge products for progressive organizations. We're looking for a software engineer with machine learning infrastructure and operations experience to design, develop, and implement sophisticated model training and evaluation workflows.

Requirements

• Deep experience optimizing ML systems for GPUs and CPUs
• JAX or similar tools expertise
• Regular collaboration with Data Scientists to build complex model training and data processing workflows
• Fine-tuning transformer models knowledge
• BigQuery-based ETL pipelines optimization experience
• Data manipulation skills with Pandas, SQL, and dplyr
• Familiarity with machine learning and statistical techniques
• Solid DevOps toolkit including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in a remote environment
• Kind and team-oriented with a warm working environment
