We're building a platform for living and looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to enhance client satisfaction for our global operations. This role involves resolving guest queries, coordinating operational teams, and ensuring operational excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, operations coordination, back-office support, or project management
- Experience in route planning or task scheduling
- Fluent in English and Greek
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work on weekends as needed
