Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two years of experience in installation and repair in the telecommunications field
- Completed Installer and Installer Technician NCTI Courses
- Proven leadership and mentor skills
- Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure and advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Strong customer service orientation
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
