Job Description
We are seeking a Client Service Supervisor to guide the daily activities of the Client Services Team under the direction of the Client Services Manager. The Client Service Supervisor will plan, monitor, and ensure completion of the initial training program for new Client Service associates and guide the Client Service Team Leader to schedule client service associates cost-effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
