The Corporate Account Director, Strategic Accounts will play a critical role in establishing commercial success across our portfolio with key oncology and allergy practices, as well as select oncology alliance partners. This individual will be responsible for developing deep relationships with their assigned business partners and both developing and executing an engagement plan for each partner that aligns to the strategic imperatives of Blueprint Medicines.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary market access commercial interface with key assigned oncology and allergy practices
- Establish and execute business plans for key practices and organizations in alignment with national strategic imperatives
- Monitor GPO contract performance at assigned accounts and lead contract discussions as needed
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of and relationship with key assigned national provider organizations
- Work with multiple stakeholders to achieve account objectives
- Proactively identify new opportunities and apply customer insights to develop, execute and refine approaches
- Build and maintain proficiency in the disease state, patient and clinic experience, and product (post approval)
- Proactively meet with key business partners at aligned accounts to solicit feedback and adjust accordingly
- Represent Blueprint Medicines at meetings associated with assigned accounts
- Efficiently and effectively manage project budget
- Comply with regulatory guidelines, public policies/guidelines, and corporate policies and procedures
- Travel within the US on a regular basis
