Manager, Paid Search

We’re a small, tight-knit team working to clean up the global food supply, provide healthy food to everyone, and build Don’t Die into the most influential ideology in the world. We’re looking for a highly analytical, results-driven Paid Search Manager to own and scale our paid search acquisition efforts.

Requirements

• Own paid search strategy and day-to-day execution across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and emerging search opportunities
• Manage full-funnel paid search campaigns (brand, non-brand, competitor, shopping, and retargeting) to drive customer acquisition and subscription growth
• Conduct ongoing keyword research, query mining, and account structuring to improve efficiency and scalability
• Optimize toward core growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS and LTV
• Develop and execute testing roadmaps across bidding strategies, match types, ad copy, landing pages, and feed optimizations
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and pacing of paid search spend to ensure efficient growth
• Monitor and adapt to platform updates (e.g., automation, Performance Max, attribution changes) and industry best practices
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders and leadership

Benefits

• Salary Range: $135,000 - 160,000
