Manager, Paid Search

We're looking for a highly analytical Paid Search Manager to own and scale our paid search acquisition efforts for a DTC and/or subscription-based business. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of experience managing paid search programs and a proven track record of scaling paid search while maintaining or improving efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience managing paid search programs, preferably for DTC and/or subscription-based businesses
• Proven track record of scaling paid search while maintaining or improving efficiency
• Strong understanding of growth marketing principles, experimentation, and performance measurement
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, including search, shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards, attribution models, and testing frameworks
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
