Requirements

• Designing, configuring, and ensuring effective support of all LAN/WAN, virtualized servers and VoIP telephony infrastructure across multiple North American facilities.
• Creating and maintaining high-effective security for vulnerability management, monitoring frameworks and solutions to protect IT infrastructure.
• Generating all related IT roadmaps to ensure alignment of systems and infrastructure to business objectives, IT Service Management best practices and implementing innovative solutions.
• Maintaining open and accurate open communications with management and other IT support personnel to achieve strong team cohesiveness and optimal support to the business.
• Ensuring and/or delivering effective operational support of related systems and infrastructure 16x6 for all business-critical systems.
