Job Description
The Technical Writer / Configuration Management Specialist will be responsible for documenting, managing, and maintaining system configurations and technical documentation for the Spectrum XXI (SXXI) software suite at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical writing and/or configuration management for DoD software systems.
- Secret clearance requirement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, DoD365 Teams, Git, and automated documentation tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/DevSecOps methodologies and DoD RMF compliance frameworks.
- Experience managing classified and unclassified documentation repositories.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear, government-approved documentation.
