Join Blum U.S. as a Project Manager to support the operations of the Project Management team, ensuring strategic project execution and coordination. This position requires an individual who is a team player with strong inter-personal and organizational skills, effective attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve.
Requirements
- Has enthusiasm for project management.
- Actively manage key large-scale projects as defined by the project portfolio board (i.e. building expansions, strategic process improvements, etc.).
- Serves as a point of contact for project management related functions.
- Ability to focus while managing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects.
- Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
- Communicates effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members in multiple departments, both verbally and in writing, to provide project updates and address concerns or questions.
- Coordinate and lead weekly team meetings, including agenda setting, meeting minutes, tracking action items, completing administrative tasks, and developing reports.
- Proactive mindset, excellent customer service skills, well organized and results-oriented.
- Self-starter needing little guidance; capable of producing and iterating work as feedback is gathered.
- Demonstrates ability to identify problems and implement creative solutions.
- Adaptable and conducts themselves professionally in all scenarios.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
