Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calling new leads, following up with past leads, and setting appointments for our Business Development Sales Manager or Director of Business Development. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and experience in customer service or client service representation.

• Handle rejection well; move on to the next call quickly
• Fast learner who can adapt to change
• Competitive dialer who also has a team attitude
• Used to working in graveyard shift or willing to do so
• More than one year of customer service experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
