
Job description
Delivers deep market, sector and investor expertise, innovative thinking, and world-class execution across a full suite of Capital Markets products. Collaborates with the Originators and Banking teams to provide financing solutions to clients.
Cultivates and deepens relationships with new and existing loan investors and corporate clients. Drives successful, tight syndication processes for primary loan sales. Leads the syndication strategy for new loan transactions, including investor targeting, structure, pricing, and timing.
Requires 9+ years of relevant experience in loan syndications, leveraged finance, or investment banking with a strong track record in structuring and executing syndicated loan transactions. Demonstrated expertise in syndicated loan markets, investor behavior, and distribution dynamics.
