Praktikant Human Resources und Digitalisierung (w/m/x)

As a Human Resources and Digitalization Intern, you will support the optimization and digitization of the HR value chain, working on projects such as process management, analytics, and project management. You will contribute to the development of HR processes and work with digital project management tools.

Requirements

• Studies in economics, business informatics or comparable, preferably in the second half of the bachelor's or master's degree, with a focus on organization, process management or strategy.
• Interest in agent-based AI, HR processes, data management, analytics, and project work as well as enthusiasm for complex problem-solving and solution development.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Excellent German skills (from C1 level) as well as secure English skills.
