Crew Chief

Responsibilities include job setup, supervision, documentation, customer communication, vehicle maintenance, and safety compliance. The role requires high attention to detail and a commitment to quality control and customer satisfaction.

• Manage and complete jobs according to SERVPRO® processes.
• Respond to service calls when needed.
• Set up and establish efficient job flow and coordinate requirements.
• Monitor assigned jobs and ensure customer needs are met.
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas.
• Follow and enforce all safety procedures.
