Associate, Client Processing II

We're seeking an Associate, Client Processing II - Loans Enablement to join our Loans Enablement Operations team. In this role, you'll provide quality and complex client service and support to internal and external clients, perform complex operational tasks, and conduct manual processing of updates to client accounts or company records.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of total work experience
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of financial products
• Experience with loan processing systems and software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
