Associate, US Client Operations II (Structured Finance)

We're seeking an Associate, US Client Operations II (Structured Finance) to join our Structured Finance team in Pittsburgh, PA. As a future team member, you'll work with external clients to resolve moderately complex day-to-day issues and support clients in addressing operational and technical issues. You'll apply intermediate problem-solving skills, experience, and judgment to analyze information and provide high-quality service to a specialized client base.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• 3-5 years of total work experience preferred
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
