Job Description
BNY is seeking a Director of Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join their Fund Accounting Team. This role involves overseeing accounting services for a range of clients, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to regulations, and developing strategic policies. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and a strong understanding of fund accounting principles.
Requirements
- Oversee multiple Fund/Client Accounting teams
- Direct NAV calculations
- Guidance to teams on financial record keeping and adherence to GAAP/IFRS
- Develop and communicate accounting intricacies to clients
- Strong knowledge of fund accounting, financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams
