Job Description
The Director, Product Design is an expert strategist who attacks complex problems and develops and impacts strategy with cross-functional partners. They manage multiple workstreams, create new UX designs, and direct designers as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, user experience, design, human computer interaction or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of related experience
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
