BNY is seeking a Vice President, Investor Reporting to join their Wealth Services Operations team in Manchester. The role is critical in ensuring client service standards are met and exceeded by effectively managing client relationships and operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Several years of client service and management experience
• Experience in financial services operations, wealth operations and client service preferred
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions
• Demonstrable interest in continuous learning and delivery of process improvements
