Backend Engineer

Role Overview

As a Backend Engineer, you will help build core parts of our Scala + Python data and agent infrastructure. You will contribute to backend services and data pipelines, work closely with senior engineers on system design, and help scale the systems that keep our data fresh, our APIs fast, and our customers’ workflows moving.

What You Will Do

Help design and build of resilient backend services and APIs, develop data pipelines from ingestion to enrichment to delivery, improve performance, scalability, and observability across our stack, work closely with data/ML to productize AI-powered agents end to end, participate in design reviews, pairing, and shared engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years building and operating production backend systems
