Job Description
Business Process Analyst role involves providing technical design review, managing application areas, proposing solutions, promoting standard solutions, and ensuring effective communication and documentation. The role requires a high degree of technical expertise, project management skills, and analytical skills to identify cost reductions and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 5+ years SAP configuration and support experience
- Experience in SAP implementations is an advantage
- Experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and financial concepts
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma
- ITIL V4 Foundation or higher
- Project management qualification (Prince2 or PMBOK)
- SAP FICO certification
