Senior Cisco Collaboration Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Cisco Collaboration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in medium to complex telephony environments, CCNP Collaboration certification, and extensive experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager and other Cisco products. The role involves designing and implementing complex voice solutions, troubleshooting technical problems, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years working experience in medium to complex telephony environments
• CCNP Collaboration certification (minimum)
• Extensive experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Contact Center express, Cisco Attendant console, Cisco IMP, Cisco Customer Collaboration Platform and Expressway
• Solid experience with voice gateways: MGCP, SIP, H.323, SCCP, digital PRI/E1, analog FXO/FXS
• Experience with virtualization, specifically VMware, Cisco UCS B/C-Series servers, and Wireshark
• Experience with system integration of video conferencing solutions using Webex and / or MS Teams
• Experience with Webex Calling and Webex Contact Centre solutions
• Basic knowledge on Network switching & routing
