Bodell Construction Company

2+ years of experience in construction estimation, Bachelor's degree in project management or related field, and experience with estimating software such as InEight (Hard Dollar) or Accubid Estimating

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality management and 1-2 years of supervisory experience. Strong technical education or journeyman certification and excellent communication skills

Diploma / Degree in Construction / Electrical / Business, prior estimating / operational experience, and ability to read and understand construction drawings and contract documents

Proven experience estimating industrial construction projects, strong analytical skills, and effective communication and negotiation skills

5-10 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent or leadership role
