Role Overview

The Analytics & Insight team aims to accelerate the data-driven approach of the Human Pharma organization by providing data to support decision-making, enable insight generation, and guide business KPIs. The team acts as a key reference point for AI projects.

What You Will Do

Participate in implementing global projects, supporting analytical activities, and collecting feedback. Support the team in interacting with the business and external partners to translate strategic needs into analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Understanding business processes and technical skills enabling effective collaboration and communication with development teams
• Problem-solving mindset, curiosity, proactivity, initiative, and a strong focus on innovation and experimenting with new technologies
• Strong aptitude for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
