Senior Manager Business Process Excellence

The Senior Manager Business Process Excellence will work with Site leadership to identify critical areas for continuous improvement and develop a business case for change through data analysis. The role involves creating a strategy and methodology for business process excellence and leading structured problem-solving efforts.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Information Systems or related field
• Two years of experience in the job offered or in a related role
• Two years of experience with Lean Six Sigma projects and statistical methods
• One year of experience with managing organizational change
• Experience with lean process development and implementation, data science for operations, and systems thinking
