Role Overview

Join Boehringer Ingelheim's 2026 Internship Program as a Software Developer Engineer Intern. The Central Data & AI Governance Platform team is responsible for developing and evolving the central platform that helps the company organize, govern, and make data and artificial intelligence assets accessible in a secure, traceable, and reusable way across the organization.

What You Will Do

As a Software Developer Engineer Intern, you will learn how to design, develop, and improve software components that support a central data and AI governance platform. You will gain hands-on experience in implementing new functionalities, connecting services and applications, working with metadata structures, and applying software engineering best practices for code quality, testing, and maintainability.
