We are looking for agents to securely act across enterprise systems and workflows. This role will focus on designing and building the technical integrations, service interfaces, and control patterns that allow AI agents to communicate with one another and interact safely with Boeing systems, data, and enterprise applications.
Requirements
- Design, code, test, and implement software components that enable secure agent-to-agent communication and enterprise system interaction
- Build integrations that support Model Context Protocol-based connectivity between agents, tools, and enterprise services
- Analyze business and technical requirements to define secure and reliable agent interaction patterns
- Develop application logic, APIs, and supporting components for agent orchestration and enterprise workflow execution
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex programming, integration, and application design issues
- Collaborate with architects and security partners to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for access, control, and auditability
- Modify and enhance existing applications to support agentic AI capabilities and enterprise interoperability
- Document code, integration patterns, and technical solutions for maintainability and handoff
- Recommend improvements to system architecture, integration design, and development practices
