Job Description
We are seeking an Environmental Engineering Region Manager to provide guidance and advice to region manufacturing staff regarding company environmental control policy and programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental compliance and management of wood products environmental compliance programs.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience in related job function
- First-hand knowledge and experience managing wood products environmental compliance programs at the mill level
- Extensive knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations as they apply to the wood products industry
- Strong knowledge of environmental site assessment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in small teams effectively
